7Rivers is a Milwaukee data and AI services firm on North Water Street, founded in September 2023 by Paul Stillmank, who previously founded the Milwaukee consultancy 7Summits. Its published work is data modernization, Data Vault 2.0 implementation and AI deployment, and it is a Snowflake partner, reaching Premier status in October 2024 and Elite after that. It acquired PerformanceG2, a North Richland Hills, Texas consultancy working on data warehouse automation and Snowflake migrations, and a dozen of that firm's staff joined. In February 2026 it announced a five million dollar Series A led by Inoca Capital Partners for a minority stake; one aggregator reports a larger total raised, and that figure is not repeated here. It has also announced a partnership with New Resources Consulting, another Milwaukee firm.
