WiscAI is a Madison AI consulting firm founded in 2024 by Michael Zhang. Its entry point is a three week AI opportunity assessment that scores each candidate workflow on staff time impact, data readiness, technical feasibility, risk and compliance, change load and measurability, and returns a build plan plus a list of ideas it says not to pursue yet. Custom development of a chosen opportunity is sold as a separate engagement, and both are quoted as fixed fees before work starts. It also runs an applied AI leadership cohort and workshops, works mainly with Wisconsin organizations, and takes out-of-state clients remotely.
