Linean is a Bakersfield technology services company specializing in artificial intelligence and business intelligence, founded by Jim Damian, who co-founded the records management firm Stria before working in local economic development. Its own pages describe aligning people, processes and systems with AI, and list automation, data analytics, custom software and fractional technology leadership as the services around that. A Bakersfield television station carried a segment with Damian introducing the firm, which is the one source here that is not the firm itself, and it is also what pins the company to the city.
